This & That: Inversions


Sometimes all we need is a shift in perspective. Well, I do. When I was a kid I spent a lot of time upside down. Pretending I could walk on the ceiling. I’d have to step over light fixtures.

Inversions can do more than fuel a young loony girl’s imagination.They improve circulation and reverse the action of gravity on the physical body and, some say, on the emotional body too, reducing anxiety and improving confidence.
