This blog was started by two girls, now 791 miles apart, looking to explore balance both on and off the yoga mat. To discuss the pleasures of white wine and warrior one, and to celebrate the practice that unites all things. And so, in yoga as in drinking, we say: Bottoms up.
To survive as a yogi in the city, or anywhere, it’s all about cultivating balance. Between effort and relaxation, dark and light, white wine and warrior one.
