We here on the eastern seabord are gearing up for what they are calling a Super Storm, hurricane Sandy. The NYC subway was shut down and evacuations have started. My building is just outside the first evacuation zone, so for now we are staying still. But it’s a little nervewracking. 

Tonight we plan on making some food, cleaning the tub and filling it up with water, and then sitting tight.

But I was thinking, what’s one thing I can do to keep from going stir crazy, even if the lights go out? Yep. I see some serious yoga in my future.
