Heart openers can feel so vulnerable, and really counter-intuitive when I feel down. Sometimes retreating and taking it easy is the right thing to do. And other times the absolutely right thing to do is turn my practice up a notch. When I can get there, it works for me. And nothing challenges me more than getting into and out of Wild Thing Pose with grace.
