It’s hard to tell what is detox and what is regular. Meaning: Am I tired because I’m detoxing, or am I just tired? I went to the gym yesterday and felt absolutely lovely. Yoga this morning was an achey challenge, but it felt great.
Some not-so-hot stuff includes getting winded going up one flight of stairs. And a general light-headedness. But I don’t really mind that, actually. It’s kind of neat. But focus? There is no focus here.
I brought my gym clothes to the office, but am already day dreaming of an after-work nap.
P.S. Last night I dreamt of eating a cookie.
